Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of books, comics, drawings, paintings, sculptures and photographs offered on the Légion’Arts association website.

Article 2 – Products
The products are described as accurately as possible. The photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Ordering
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card [or other accepted means]. Payment is secured via Stripe.
For personalised works: by bank transfer, 30% upon ordering and the balance upon receipt of a photo of the work before shipment.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the product. The association is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), except for personalised works.

Article 8 – Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Article 9 – Guarantees
Products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

Article 10 – Liability
The association is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products.

Article 11 – Personal data
The data collected is used solely for order management purposes and is never passed on to third parties without consent.

Article 12 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts located within the jurisdiction of the association's registered office.
